Alisha Adams, MS, LAPC (she/her)

M.S. Clinical Counseling & Psychology, LAPC Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

Alisha offers collaborative, psychodynamic therapy grounded in the belief that healing is a journey uniquely authored by each person. She is dedicated to creating a warm, accepting relationship that honors clients’ intersecting identities.

She approaches trauma recovery as a process of claiming and exercising personal agency. Her work is trauma-informed and IFS-informed, and she specializes in domestic abuse, religious trauma, and the lasting effects of high-control households and communities.

Alisha also works with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity development, life transitions, relational trauma, and attachment wounds. Her goal is to help clients make the unconscious conscious and embrace disowned parts of themselves so they may live a more authentic and self-led life.
